OBOSPoker — Free Poker Tools & the OBOS Poker Game

This is the official home of OBOS Poker, a social poker game we are building, and of the free poker tools we publish along the way. Everything here is play money and free to use.

The waitlist is a plain email to us — no form, no tracking, unsubscribe by replying.

Play money only. OBOS Poker is a social card game, not a gambling site. No real money, no wagering, no affiliate links, and nothing to deposit.

The game we are actually building

Honest status: OBOS Poker is in development and not playable yet. No release date, no beta keys, no hype. Here is what it is and where it stands.

What it is

  • Poker you open in a browser — no download, no install.
  • Standard Texas Hold'em hand rankings at the core.
  • Play money chips. Nothing is bought, deposited, or cashed out.
  • Built to play with friends on a shared table link.

Where it stands today

The hand evaluator and scoring engine are written and tested — that is the same engine that powers the free tools on this page. The table, the multiplayer layer, and the art are the work ahead.

Want to be told once, when there is something real to play? Send us a blank email and we will put you on the list.

Free poker tools — no sign-up, no ads

We pulled the engine out of the game and made it usable on its own. The tools are free, work on a phone, and never send you to anyone who takes money.

Learn poker — plain English

We are writing a straightforward set of poker guides to sit next to the tools: hand rankings, pot odds, position, and how a hand actually plays out. Those pages are being written now.

Archive — older articles from this site (2025)

Before we turned this domain into the home of the OBOS Poker game, it published a different kind of article about table games and promotions. Those pages are kept online for anyone arriving from an old link. They are not part of the game and they are not where this site is going.

Who is behind this

OBOS Poker is made by a small independent studio — not a network of affiliate sites, not a pseudonym. We build the game, we build the tools, and we say plainly what is finished and what is not.

What we do

  • Build OBOS Poker, a play-money poker game for the browser.
  • Publish the engine behind it as free tools anyone can use.
  • Write poker explainers in plain English.

What we do not do

  • No real-money play, deposits, or wagering of any kind.
  • No affiliate links and no commission from anyone.
  • No claims about a release date we cannot keep.
